To commit to the above mentioned Response Times, Afrilinks always holds a stock of spare parts dedicated to each of its sites, depending on the type of installation and Support Level Agreement (SLA). Our skilled technicians can perform at clients' sites round-the-clock irrespective of your contractual agreement.
